Today was go by bike day so along with loads of others we cycled down to Aotea square this morning for a free breakfast (for those who cycled). Seems like there are heaps of people (apparently there were over 500) keen to make cycling here in Auckland safer and more fun. Among them was the Cycling Advocates [...] This weekend we took a new route to town through the The Domain We were actually hoping to catch a glimpse of the mighty Queen Mary 2. Then we hard a relaxing cycle over to Mission Bay and found the whole place being set up for the Jazz & Blues Streetfest. Great atmosphere. On sunday we had a relaxing [...] Hey Robin, we found the nz branch [...] 03-11.02 Devonport Drove down to the Bay of Plenty and stayed at the fantastic Papamoabeach campsite in Papamoa At a really nice beachfront cottate in Pakiri Goat Island and Matheson Bay “Recovered from this bay in 1973. Anchor and chain moorings for vessels built here by Mathesons 100 years earlier” – Imogen’s forefathers arrived on a Matheson boat. Waiheke Island Wine [...] |
