Today i made my first Whitebait Fritters, a delicious New Zealand snack or light meal! I used the recipe recommended to me by the friendly people at the Mt Eden Village Fish Shop (i love that place): 100g Whitebait 1. Beat eggs Volcano lives! More [...] Crazy thunder storm over Ponsonby today with Imogen getting zapped by an arc of purple lightning hitting her keyboard (it must have hit the decoration lights on the roof or [...] Went to the matinee concert at St Matthew’s to listen to Elgar’s Cello Concerto. [...] Yum! We’ve discovered the best Biryani take away (actually an indian girl at work recommended it). Top in Town |
