Found a german bakery in Auckland!
Finally, we found somewhere we could get some good ‘german-style’ bread. It was quite a mission to get there the first time by bus and on foot and in the pouring rain. It is out in this industial kind of area in a simple shack with a leaky roof and some good old german imported ovens. You can watch the boss make bread, pretzels and krapfen and he’s so enthusiastic that whenever something comes out of the oven he lets us try it. Real sweet. We reckon the pretzels compare with münchens finest.
We found it thanks to alex here

I’m glad I could help. It took me long enough to find the bakery myself. Did you check out the Bavarian Shop as well?
